Weekly Workout Schedule
Time to prepare for this week’s workout plan. Tone It Up releases the workout schedule each week as a great was to plan out which Studio Tone It Up classes you want to join throughout the week. Or you can opt for doing the Daily Moves instead. I’m sharing with you guys here in case you want to join me and as a way to help me plan out my week.
For the past few days I’ve been dealing with some pain in my back and some ribs. So my chiropractor told me to take it easy for a bit. I’ve got another appointment with him tomorrow, but I’m feeling much better. I should be able to workout more this week as long as I don’t push too hard.
With the Love Your Body series from Tone It Up starting next week, I want to make sure I’m in the shape to follow through with the plan. I’m so excited for it. - Daily Moves: Arms + Abs
Saturday (1/12)
- Studio Class: Leg Day Slay
- Daily Moves: Weight Training – Legs
Sunday (1/13)
- Studio Class: Yoga Cardio Flow
- Daily Moves: Yoga + Cardio
