Love Yourself Challenge: Be Positive (W1.D4)

Week 1, Day 4 of the “Love Yourself” Challenge.
Today’s about learning ways to reduce stress naturally.

​Task 1: Say Bye-Bye to Stress

​Try an affirming stress-reduction technique.  Inhale with a slow, expansive opening of your chest, and give yourself the affirmation: I am loved by the hear.  On the exhale, offer the affirmation: I love the heart.  Rest in silence for a moment and repeat.  Try taking 3 affirming breaths.

​Task 2: Affirm Yourself

​Create your personal affirmation and log it in your journal.  Choose a positive phrase that motivates and uplifts you.  A few suggestions are: I got this, I rock, I am loved.  Or choose a single word that makes you feel good like relax, peace, or om.  Write your personal affirmation in your journal.
