Let the Challenge (Group) begin…
Surely I’m not the only one out there who’s tired of sounding like a broken record when it comes to making declarations about health and fitness goals. I’m sure there’s at least a few other people in this same annoying boat with me.
And that’s why I’m toying with the idea of starting a Challenge Group. A place where we can come together to share great tips, recipes, workouts, and more. I’ll continue to blog my thoughts here along with adding recipes and workouts. But a Challenge Group might be a better place for discussions and support along the way.
This past week has just given me more inspiration to get this started. Between the anniversary of my dad’s death (from many health issues), my mother’s recent Diabetes diagnosis, and remaining sadness about my Nana’s recent death (from cancer)… I’ve had a lot to think about.
When my grandmother’s illness got worse followed by her death, I put my health and fitness challenges on hold to take care of her and everything that followed. I’m still nowhere near done dealing with her estate or my grief. But it’s time to get back on track.
My health and fitness has to be a priority. This has to work. So I’m starting back up where I left off with the “Thinner In 30 Challenge” starting tomorrow. And I’m even going to try out some meal planning for the week.
